If you could sign one powerhouse midfielder from anywhere to put some hair on the testicles of our midfield, who would it be?

We have to buy not only one player we have to sign more players to stabilise our team.

I know i dont, and i dont watch M'vila every week, but i have seen enough of both to know id want M'vila, there is a reason people like desailly said M'vila could be one of the best french midfielders ever.

i remember him playing for Lyon against us a few yrs ago. he had been built up to be the next viera and tbh i thought he was very very average but maybe he's improved

Fellaini. I thought he was a bit over-rated, but this season he looks the part. Think he'd be great at Arsenal.

Fellaini is great BUT:
Would we hoof the ball to him? No. Would we play him advanced up the pitch where he has been so impressive or would we play him deeper where we currently look weak? Also would he stay fit? His injury record is almost as bad as Diaby's.

Don't know where you get that from. Can't remember the last time he was injured long term.

Last season was the only season he hasn't had a long term injury.

It won't happen anyway. Everton will probably charge £20 million+ and we won't pay that.

Capoue/Sissoko(not the ex Liverpool one).
M'vila is average.

M'vila is a t!t. Grreat potential, but a disruptive influence. Hence why all the teams after him (including Arsenal) backed away...
