Simon Grayson went to Leeds United far too early in his managerial career. There are, of course, some very gifted, naturally talented people who can step into a job and succeed immediately. Grayson is not one of those people.
I don't believe anyone on here has anything against Grayson personally, and when he leaves Leeds United, he'll leave with the thanks of most fair-minded Leeds United fans for gaining promotion, but he'll soon be forgotten nonetheless.
For the good of a once-glorious club, for the sake of true Leeds United supporters and yes, for the good of Grayson too, he must go and go now to a less demanding, lower profile football club and learn how to manage.
