Hello Arsenal fans. Some serious questions for you.
Is it time to replace Arsene? Its evident he does not have much to spend and does a reasonable job perhaps keeping the board etc happy.
But as a fan do you think it is acceptable to not have won something for so long, or are you resigned to being a top 4 team?
Do you think there is anyone out there that can replace Arsene or are you best served keeping him?
I know Arsenal fans are divided about this, but as we all know the truth is "spitted" on the Arsenal boards, so I would love to know your thoughts and who you would replace him with if you did, and when you will next win something.
Time to replace Arsene?

"You sound very angry."
Do I? Really? How odd, I assure you I'm not.
"If you have nothing sincere to contribute then no need to say anything."
Nothing sincere? Do you actually know what sincere means? I was being entirely sincere, are you?

Do I want Wenger to leave? Only if we can bring in a good replacement. But I don't have faith in him at all. As usual, if we got on a bad run, but then somehow scrape 4th. people will laud Wenger and the 'miraculous' achievement. If 4th is the height of our ambitions, then what is the point?
He is being hamstrung by the board and I understand how that makes things difficult for him, but in terms of his management skills, I just don't think he has what it takes anymore to take us forward.
So yes, I do want him to go. But only if we can bring in a good replacement.
Our wage bill is increasing every year, but the squad quality is eroding. Our wage bill is £143m. United's is £160m. And yet people go on about how ''we can't compete'' and how ''United spend way more than us." It's just a load of bollox. We give average/crap players too much money and give our good players not enough money. That is partially why our good players leave.
It is worrying that we are getting higher income and we have more money to spend, but are doing significantly worse.

He should go at the end of the season, regardless of where we finish. It is not the results or the lack of trophies that bothers me, it is the dreadful football and the spineless behaviour of both him and the board regarding the wage structure, the contract discussions and the transfer policy.
Ever season we progressively get worse, people say Wenger brings stability but does he really? Selling your best players every season reeks of feeder club, not stability. And selling to your so called rivals reeks of small club. I thought the Emirates was supposed to make us one of Europe's elite?
The board must go no matter what, Wenger should go at the end of the season. If we have a new board before then then give him a chance, but with the current set up we are getting worse every year anyway so we might aswell gamble.

It's time to offload
1.Major Shareholder [ absent landlord with no interest in football]
2.Board. Bunch of useless septuagenarians led by that arrogant bufoon Hill-Wood.
3.CEO who is only interested in selling our best players to balance books.
4.Wenger who has not won a trophy in 8 years and whose stubbornness has lost us too many decent
acquisitions.
5.Half the members of our current squad who are substandard or injury prone and grossly overpaid.
We need fresh blood and ideas, which will stimulate
a sleeping giant who are punching well below their weight.
I will go to Saturday's game with some trepidation. If
we lose this and our next Champions League our
season could be over before December.
