Arranged in order of Priority
1) DM/Box to Box Midfielder
Arteta is wasted in this role and let's face it, he doesn't have the physicality to play this role (Frimpong, Coq and Yennaris are not ready)
In games we've played pooryl its because nobody is pressing or breaking up our opponents play (which is why this is an essential buy in order for us to regain the midfield)
Targets: M'Villa, Capoue or Strooman
2) Left Winger
Podolski is NOT at LefT Winger. Gervihno...., Oxo is in terrible form, though he will improve.
Targets: Tbh IDK, Sterling I guess
3) Foward
Giroud has played well, but he can't do it on his own. Plus we need a clinical forward (similiar to Judas)
Targets: Huntelaar, Cavani, Jovetic, Unrealistic(Llorente)
4)Right Winger
Theo has done well, but sometimes he goes invisible in games. Plus if he is leaving we need a replacement.
Targets: Zaha is the only one I can think of ATM

Ben Arfa wouldn't be too bad. Plus Newcastle are making us look like Barca ATM, so he should want to leave.

Santos, Squillachi, B52, Park, basically the deadwood
Ramsey should be sent on loan

We can't just sell who we want. Other teams have to be willing to buy those players.
We've been trying to get rid of B52, Squillaci, Park etc for a while now.

Is it possible to just release them? Sure we'd have to pay compensation but its better than having them just take up space.
