Justin Poore to play for England?

Anyone that plays NRL is obviously a handy player and I've seen Justin put in some tremendous performances..
But by far to and far in between some very ordinary performances to say the least.....at the Dragons he went well, but since he joined Parramatta I don't think I seen him put in one good game, he obviously had some issues with staff or mates.
I can recall a slip out the back pass some years ago that left everyone shaking their heads.....he had 4 blokes hanging off him and slipped out a beautiful ball to a support player on the run..
I hope he goes well in the English Super League but he will need to find his old form to warrant an England jersey that's for sure.
