Will be a blessing in disguise for Arsenal.
Otherwise you know we'd be stupid enough not strengthen in the window
A dreadful run of form up to January.

Not to mention the fact this article is about what must happen in order to save our season and that is January signings.
Despite what United fans might think that 8-2 simulation saved us last season as we panic bought Arteta. We wouldn't have finished top 6 without him.

*humiliation (not simulation, stupid predictive text)

I disagree. The Champions League qualifiers were the main factor behind our spending in the latter stages of last years transfer window.

Sorry DJ, I don't buy that for a second. This is the Arsenal we're talking about.

There's some case for it... i dont think we would have bought Arshavin on the last day of the window a few years back had we not been struggling to finish 4th
However, contrary to some opinions, Arsene is not a moron and neither are the people above him. We need to liven up or attack and get someone in to replace, or at least stand in for, Diaby

I'd like to think that's true Crouch but my faith in some of the key decision makers at Arsenal is Nil and apart from the financial gains involved I don't believe they have the slightest interest on how we do on the field.

Whether they do or dont care about our on the field performances they have huge interest in champions league monies
Gazidis works for Uefa now... he'll find us a route in through the back door

Gazidas does strike me as a man who enjoys using the back door

He strikes me as Kreonke's lackey... people have a go at PHW and the board but they own nothing of the club
They are all basically Kreonke's employees and can be removed at any time he wishes
