Is it just me or is this whole thing a bit over the top, yeah he looked a little silly missing but come on last time I played football I thought you could have some fun. I know these days your not really allowed to what with no celebrating when you score and that. Also it was a friendly if there is anytime to make mistakes surely it's there. I also think that if this was a British player or someone like Ronaldo or Messi there wouldn't be this much fuss.

Yeah I don't get all the attention it seems to be getting either, was just a comedic moment for me, funny nonetheless

The general opinion seems to be the footie 'trick' was pure comedy.........
.........However the flagrant disregard for Mancini's authority was something entirely different.

Yeah understand he shouldn't disrespect Mancini but do you think he would have still taken him off if it had gone in?

No I sure don't, maybe a halftime 'chat' if Mancini dies that sort of thing, but no would have kept him on.
I think as a player he has enormous potential but some thing 'upstairs' isn't connected.
We heard about the dart incident, also insisting on parking his car directly outside the training entrance on the pavement rather than his allocated space, there were stories about him having his car towed away 606 odd times in and around Manchester plus something like £21,000 of parking tickets - I forget the exact numbers.
Then he needed to miss City's trophy bus celebrations because he had to see his family back in Italy only to be found out on the town with his former club.
Crikes!
Whats next.......?

606 odd times,
60 odd times - sorry

If that's all true, then he just sounds like a spoilt, selfish brat who thinks he can do whatever the hell he pleases. Which is what we already surmised, so no surprises there!
I thought Mancini's reaction was OTT, but then we don't know the history of exchanges between them. Maybe he's been warned about doing stuff like that before, who knows?

I think the lad doesn't respond well to authority, thats just going on what you hear obviously there might be more to it not knowing what goes on behind closed doors. Perhaps he needs a manager who can put his arm round him, again maybe Mancini is like this and he is just a little up himself. I hope not because it would be a shame if he wasted his talent.

Very strange thing this, a little disorientating, I'm on the city board, on apost about a city player and there has not until now been one city fan posting on it.
Doesnt it tell you something, it should....
