Time scales are difficult.
we will not want to over pay for any player and negotiations can take a while.

At present our targets appear to be 2 strikers.
as far as i am aware if the right player comes along then this is a position Chelsea would look to strengthen.

So, we're only looking to strengthen the forward positions? hmmm, considering our shortcomings in midfield i thought this would be looked at but, like you said depends on who is available.

Everton have said that felliani is not for sale and i believe he was/is a target but as we all know these things can change.
I would hope that a midfielder is being looked at but it is all very early yet.

we have a very small squad so i would imagine that it will depend on who we bring in.
the players we have on loan that could be considered as squad players are on season long loans and doubt that any will be recalled

but seriously, i am not claiming to be "expert" but i have sources that have been pretty reliable so from last year decided to post the updates on our transfers.
basically i am not a "ITK" but i know an "ITK"
you can choose to believe or disbelieve what i say and just see what transpires.
we get a lot of the so called "ITK" on twitter and stuff so i am happy to ask around and get the more accurate story.
