Just cut off the Leccy to Next Doors , turned off their water and rang the Gas Board about their "Leak".

The Iceland and Tesco vans came round while they were out so i told them they had done a runner owing Thousands.
Told the Postman and Milkman the same thing.
Sent the Amazon deliver driver on his way with the two bikes he was set to deliver and told the Vicar and Sally Army to Pizzz off.
