ok then who seriously believes this is our season and what is needed to make sure we are up there towards the end of the season, ie in transfer window ins or outs who would you like us to sign ?

It would, but I'm not sure I could deal with losing to Forest or Leicester in a play-off game, it might just send me over the edge!

If we keep this lad and add to what we have got, we have a chance of the top 6...........http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BcqmUZdB1D8&feature=youtu.be

If we could stop letting in goals (schoolboy defending), we'd be in there now.
Honestly, yesterdays result was fantastic, but don't you all agree that letting-in that 92nd minute goal felt almost like letting them equalise, especially as we could have won 4 or even 5-0? Really got to start defending like our lives depended on it.

Brayford was fouled leading up.. then the ball dont enter our box. Agree tho it was annoying to concede.

for me backo, brayford should of been stronger and kicked the ball right up to you in your seat. Then see if the ref gave a free-kick. He's still young and learning. What do you think he'll do next time?

We wouldn't be Derby fans if we didn't find something to moan about. I don't think it's that important, conceding a meaningless goal, 90+ mins. Where it matters is shortly after half-time against Hull.
I wonder about the benefit of overnight stays as well. I believe Derby stayed overnight in Burnley and it appears Boro played like we did at Burnley. Did Boro stay in Derby overnight as well? Players are only human and want to be with family. Let's be honest, would you want to spend Christmas Day/evening with people on here?

By overnight stays, I mean clubs within reasonable travelling distance, which I count Burnley as.

Boro arrived mid afternoon and stayed overnight at the Mickleover Court Hotel.

No, not our year. Why not?
1) The top-4 actually have a decent cushion on the rest. Everyone talks about it being a tight league, but that only applies in the middle - where we are - up the top end there's plenty of gaps. Therefore there are 10 teams (current 5th to 14th) going for 2 places realistically. So that isn't good odds to start with. Say a 20% chance
2) Even getting into 5th or 6th, we'd still need to win the next two - a 25% chance. In combination with (1) thats only a 5% chance.
3) Other teams in with a realistic chance are likely to out-spend us in January.
4) Our away form is not good enough for a promotion-winning team.
5) We don't consistently produce our best. When we're on top of our game we're good enough - but then there are the games like Burnley and Hull too. A promotion-winning team would be needing a minimum 2 points from a that pair of fixtures.
6) Our youngsters aren't ready for the PL yet. If by some miricle we did get up it would probably destroy quite a few promising careers.
