yep great news, and a good kick up the bum for many a 606 expert. PROMOTION should be based on playing ability, and the team with the best record goes up,
I THINK THE RFL should now evaluate a structure thats based on promotion and relegation even if its averaged out over a three year period.

Where shall the RFL look next to graft Rugby League onto an unsuspecting populace.
In essence it would be like trying to introduce soccer to the scots..............and then letting one of their clubs into the Premier League.
