So, Premier League clubs could afford to reduce the price of every single Premier League ticket next season by as much as £30 and they would still make as much money as they did this season.
Will they? No chance ticket prices will he hiked again as the money goes into the players and agents pockets.

What would the point in negotiating more money from TV if they are just going to throw it all away by giving us cheaper tickets?

Tickets prices are dictated by market forces, supply and demand. If the demand is there the prces remain high or go up. Prices will only come down if the demand is not there. Its nothing sinister, just the way it is.
And of course the money goes to players and agents. Its the players we are paying to watch, so they are the ones generating the demand.

Liverpools current prices are decent and I have no problem paying them, next seasons tv money should be put in to squad development!
