Rarely lingers on the ball. first touch pass every time and Always chooses the right pass. very clever runs but not many players behind him to find him.

his crossing needs some work though and I am not really sure what he is playing because he is popping up everywhere.

superb .. absolutely. he should be the ticker in the team. mikel, Luiz can play the defensive part of the pivot

Apparently he was playing false no.9 tonight. I really hope we give him a chance, I think he could prove just as effective as someone like Moutinho or Fellaini. Interesting you mention his first-touch passing - shows areness, something I didn't really see from him before this season when I watched him, good DLP's need that

Exactly how I see it.

De Bruyne and Luiz in central midfield would a very tasty combo with a good combination of creativity and steel.
