'Happy to be in this club' Why?

"I'm already a City player. Happy to be in this club and this city."

Vote why Mr. Agüero is "happy" to be a City player.

No wums please.

1 star - He's happy to join a such a big club with a world renowned history of winning trophies and being part of footballs elite.

2 stars - He couldn't get his move to Real Madrid.

3 Stars - He thought he was joining Manchester United.

4.Stars - He has supported Man City since he was a boy and it has been his dream to play with Jolean Lescott and Milner.

5 Stars - 200,000 a week.

A City fan writes that Aguero can see, "against Man Utd from season 08/09 to season 10/11 City closed a 40 point gap to 9 points."

Anyone who believes he joined City because he and his agent calculated City's total point accumulation, and were deeply impressed with the club only finishing 9 points behind Man Utd can vote for option for B.

lol

Wow, lot of angry City fans now, many sounding remarkably bitter. Ironically calling everyone else bitter! Just to clarify City fans, its even possible he joined because he loves the area and thinks the new strip is super cool. Whatever you do, don't mention the 200k, it obviously has nothing to do with it.

With the charity shield coming up I expect a lot of snide comments from slur Alex are just around the corner!

At least they're in a position to comment, unlike Gael 'Gorton' Clichy and Edin 'Denton' Dzeko.

Snide comments are easy. And only made towards people who you believe care about what you think.

Conclusion: Alex Ferguson cares about City. If he didn't, then he wouldn't bother saying anything about us at all.

Which is pretty much the reason why City's board on ja606 is inundated with United fans...

Would that be 'Fallowfield' Ferdinand, 'Eccles' Evra, 'Failsworth' Fergie, and 'Burnage' Beckham?

Good work, but a) They haven't gone on about local support, and b) If they have, they've been in Manchester long enough to have a say.

Sergio is in Dublin at the moment, maybe he'll make a comment when it's been explained why half the people in a foreign capital are walking round in United shirts.

'RipleysCat - nowadays, amongst 'big clubs' the Champions League is what everyone wants.'

Not players though.

Spurs qualified for the CL ahead of City. All the big names were signed by City. Much to our annoyance, Spurs couldn't get any big names with the exception of a last day VDV bargain.

The myth that 'big players want champions league football' was obliterated. Big name want big wages, nothing else.

You missed:

6 Stars - Because I'm not at Spurs.

There's a reason why - much to your annoyance - Spurs couldn't get any big names: Crap Club.
