Why didnt the Arsenal player who handled the ball twice tell the ref he did so? Isnt trying to score with your arm the same as not admitting you handballed it thus giving the opposing team a Penalty.
Also why did those two Arsenal players dive. I know Luis was on the pitch but was it his fault again?
Dishonest Arsenal Players

Spin it how you want. It was the wrong formation with the wrong personnel and it showed in the result.

The formation was the same played against Arsenal and it got a draw, if it's good enough at Arsenal, it's good enough at Oldham. The players didn't perform.

OK TOOR, keep telling yourslef that. You have proved to us all how clueless you are. Ofcourse Brendan isnt at fault for picking the players in the positions he did or ensuring they were mentally ready for the challenge.
Then to publicly slam the kids. Thats poor management. You could let the kids know how you feel about them behind closed doors. What was the need to do it in front of the camera's. Did he apportion any blame to himself or was it all about the youngsters that didnt perform.

If I'm proving you wrong and proving your theory that Sterling played in a midfield three wrong and proving that the formation was good enough for a draw at Arsenal, how does that turn into ME being clueless?
Generally intrigued. Go.
'Publicly slam the kids'?
He didn't slam them. He said they underperformed and kids have to be careful or they could find themselves in League One. This happens all the time and is a correct statement. Players need to be motivated, thus Brendan motivated them. It has worked with other players in the squad, let's hope it works for the kids too or we'll have more failed kids in League One and the likes.

Yes, in fact he took the blame for it. You could see in his face though that he was only taking one for the team.

Th whole team pretty much underperformed from Keeper to Forwards. They werent all kids now were they. Even his boy Allen underperformed. Not exactly a kid though is he? I didnt listen to his interview but how did he blame himself? What did he say.

So now we agree, the players underperformed and thus we lost, not the formation, the same formation we draw at Arsenal with, is the blame?
He said the young players let him down, the only 'non-young' player who didn't play well was Jones. Skrtel and Suarez were fine, in my opinion. He's not going to come out and single out a player, thus he said young players.
Yes, he smiled and said, I'll take the blame for the Oldham game.
