After all the negatives surrounding Johnny's lack of performance and Moyes's poor selection at the weekend, I thought I'd give some credit to someone.
Big Vic - He seems to have come on alot over the last month. He's as strong as an Ox, Fast. Doesn't seem to fall over when breathed on anymore and his finishing seems to have improved. I was really hoping we signed a new striker in the window so Jelavic could get some competition and hopefully get him firing again, but on current form Big Vic would give any defender alot of problems and is deserving of a starting place. Long may it continue.
Just need to get the defence back in order and I'm confident we'll have a good run.
On a positive note

Victor, I have noticed a change in him this year, hopefully for what ever reason the penny has dropped, and now he seems to be putting the effort in

Mr R. He now spends less time sulking and looks determined. Maybe Duncan has had a positive impact on him, shown him how to use his strength as a weapon.

Thats quite possible, suppose he is also a little older now. I really hope he continues to improve

If Vic starts the next few games with the same enthusiasm, hunger and effort then yes the penny has fully dropped. If its Dunc who has got that point across great. But why not Moyes?
Always a 'But'

Well I would say a striker is more likely to bring out the best in someone when coaching strikers. Why do you think we have a good defence...Moyes was a tough CB in his day!
