We lost today .weshould have at least drawnyes the ref was poor as usual, yes we missed chances , but ultimately the blames lies with the manager.
Vardy gets worse and worse ,Waghorn is a very poor finisher, and yet Pearson still picks them over Futacs. No fans seem to think that vardy is anything other than useless, but still Pearson picks him.Vardy is quite simply not up to this league, all the fans see it but Pearson still picks him.
Todays defeat was one too many .Pearson has to sort it out.
Pearson gets it wrong ,again.

Quite correct Wighty. I wouldn't be surprised if Hull slip up at Brighton tonight.

And anyway come Saturday we will have a game in hand against everyone else. I would much rather have the points on the table but at least we will know what we need to do

We lost today because we didn't go for the throat at 1-0. We backed off and let posh in. Their 1st goal was a matter of when rather than if and when they got it you sensed the 2nd wasn't too far behind. As was the case.
Poor TEAM performance
Lessons to be learned. Now lets see if we are a top 2 side by winning 5 of the next 6 / 7 games.
At the minute I still haven't figured out if we are top 2 material yet. We are where we are beacuse of 2 x 5 match winning streaks, we were pretty inconsistent either side and in between those 2 runs. Lets see how we bounce back after this
On a positive no one seems to have taken full advantage

Thorney, you are joking right? "Pearson gets it wrong again" /. "1 loss too many". Jesus christ we are 2 nd in the league. Get a grip man.

Also whether we rate Vardy or not he can't be blamed for us not winning because as a team we weren't good enough and ironically he wasn't even on the pitch when we capitulated!!

Quite true, Arro. However, he did miss some good chances that could have put us 2 up when the capitulation happened. I don't blame him alone for us losing, certainly. However, as I say, I haven't seen him put in a good performance in months.

To be fair on Vardy, He has had a pretty torrid time this season. He started well enough, looked a threat and fit. But since his injuries, he's struggled to regain match fitness.
I don't think we've seen a fully fit Vardy since September and with Wood considered first choice, I don't think we will see a fully fit Vardy for the rest of the season.
I would like Futacs to get a run out again, if the fundamentals of Wood and Nugent have been working then why not try Futacs in CW's Role?
Just a thought.

The issue for me is vardy is physically light weight and needs a loan away to build him up. Hes 23 but looks 19.
Awaiting another good loan deal coming from Shake!
