Less than two weeks until the season start, no new players, only one of the deadwood sold. Is Levy still alive? Is he on desert island?

I look at the transfer update on Sky Sports fifty times a day but nothing - except Harry saying we have no money and we will be lucky to get 5th. We pay £80 for some games but still we see Crouch. £18million for Rossi was too much, £15million for Vucinic, £1.5m for DJ Campbell and the list continues........
