What's going on?

I see on the BBC site that 87 people were arrested in Nuneaton when Nuneaton Town were due to play Lincoln City. I was surprised either team can attract 87 people but apart from that, I remember Leicester's pre-season friendly at Lincoln was cancelled because of fears of fan trouble. I believe the game was played at Leicester. So, what is going on in Lincoln? Not normally a hotbed of crowd trouble. Puzzling.
