Problems on FIFA

I got infinity and xbox.
Never had any problem really, is your NAT open?
What kind of pings/ms do you get? I normally check on my pc using command prompt and pinging google or something.
Have you done a broadband speed test? Do one of them to see if you're getting the right download/upload speeds.

My NAT type is Open, only a problem on FIFA, every other game is fine. My speed and ping rates are fine. My ping is 22 ms and download/upload speed are 33 mbps and 14.52 mbps. It's been ongoing for 6 months and the issue is mainly at its worst on Ultimate team online seasons when I play, the players reactions are much slower than my opponents and there is always stuttering. It isn't my chemistry or anything like that, I always have 99 fitness and high morale etc.

The problems not bt, it's ea. you get this with every network type, the only linking factor is ea's terrible reputation for this type of thing.

I've done loads of trace routes and I've sent them to both EA and BT and they say my connection is perfectly fine. When I look on various forums the problem always seems to be with players who have BT/BT Infinity.

BT are sending me a 2nd homehub 3B for free, don't think that will make a jot of different but I guess we'll see..
