Celtic/Rangers In the Prem?

Not much to talk about at the moment with the International break so what about discussing this old chessnut again!

I know Scotish football is in a mess at the moment but I'd personally rarther be playing Celtic or Rangers in the Prem than say a team like Wigan. We have a Welsh team in the Prem at the moment (could be two next season) & over half the players playing in the Prem are not even English anyway.

Our game is beamed/sold to all parts of the world yet we wont let the likes of Rangers & Celtic join the prem, two teams just a couple of hundred miles up the road & both with support that would fill up every ground they visit, & with teams from south of the border taking thousands up too their grounds.

It will probally never happen anyway, far too much politics involved but just imagine some of the games, United v Rangers, Celtic v L/pool, Chelsea v Rangers, Celtic V City all sell outs without a doubt. I'am sure a lot of football supporters in England would enjoy the chance of playing against these two scotish giants but I'am also aware that there are thoses who would never agree to allowing this to happen aswell.

Shame really.

What about playing Dundee United Stretty?

That would be amazeballs and would draw the punters in at The Theatre of Dreams

Imagine the scenes we saw last time rangers visited on a weekly basis around the country!

that was a one off, a major Euro cup final & lets not forget that Manchester invited everyone who wanted to come down with open arms.

If they were playing in the prem they would get three thousand tickets tops.

Then there is the sectarian bullsheet that's still prevalent in rangers fans.

Not based down religious divides are they though.

Far more dangerous.

And what would happen to Scottish football?

I'am just "throwing" the question out there, although Scottish football is not just about Celtic & Rangers is it?
