Greatest player to never win Ballon D'or?

Pretty simple, who in your opinion is the greatest player to never win the Ballon D'or?

For me it has to be Thierry Henry, I consider it a crime that this man didn't win a single Ballon D'or. He deserved it at least once from 2003-2006 imo. No disrespect to Nedved, he was a world class player but better than Henry in 2003? I'm sure others agree Henry would have been a more worthy winner.

Anyway post who you think is the greatest player to never win a Ballon D'or award.
