If only we bought players like Santi in the

last few years!

He is bar far wengers best buy for many many years and its a shame Wenger didn't try and invest in similar quality in the past.

We have bought a lot of average players over the last 4/5 years and in the process sold world class players like Fabregas and RVP.

Imagine if a Santi was purchased when Cesc was still here or Giroud & Pod when Rvp was here (yes technically he was but he was always going to be sold when those two were bought).

Yes our purchases over the last year have been better I guess with the likes of Pod, Nacho and Cazorla.

I just hope the trend continues as this summer will be massive for us as key investment is required!

Reckon we'll grind out a victory though.

We've got steel now.

Lukaku scares me.

Diaby has been poor this season. What has happened to him is sad but he won't be a miss. In a way his injury is a blessing because I think it will be the one that finally convinces Wenger he can't be relied upon.

I've got a few questions;

Why do you guys believe you will spend big?

Do you think you can still attract top players?

The strength in depth is poor, how many players do you think you will sign and who will stay and who do you think will leave?

I don't believe we will spend big.

Can see anything between 10-15 players leaving.

Come on, 3-4 players tops may leave. Even if you got some players in, it would take a while to settle in.

Does it bother you at all Bats that Diaby hasn't announced retirement yet? Not in the way that you'd send him a threatening letter or anything but just a case of surely he must..

Daredevil, not sure if we'll spend big but there'll definitely be a few players given the heave-ho. We'll keep the core of the team though imo which is really important after the last few turbulent summers.

Really hope Sagna and Rosicky stay. We need experienced heads, especially if we're planning on promoting a few from the youths. HOw much money are we likely to fetch for them anyway? Fack all.

Would love to actually keep our experienced players rather than just sell and replace them with players of equal/lesser quality but that just doesn't seem to be the Arsenal way.
