Keep Calm and.......score a goal ?

Just a 'filler' twixt last match thread and next due up tomorrow...

I suppose this is the time to 'rally round' for the fans...forget the booing or jeering that we sometimes feel we need to do during a game...blind loyalty called for...

If the lads make an error or miskick a pass....cheers of encouragement from the stands is called for...this is when we are needed to give 100% support.

We have our part to play, and whatever team Robins puts out, however dire we may be...it's not the time to be giving stick out at the match.

6 games against 24th, 23rd, 20th, 19th, 18th and 15th in the table...we couldn't really ask for anything better could we...it's all in our own hands.

Sure, the Form table says we're playing 24th, 19th, 9th, 8th, 6th and 2nd , so it's going to be down to who can hold their nerve, who can 'keep calm' and who has the biggest bottle when it comes down to it.

If we can't get 3 wins from playing 5 of the bottom 7...we'll we don't deserve to stay in the Championship...and League One is our rightful place.

Disappointed that it's come to this ? Well, it all had a certain inevitability about it didn't it...we could see what was happening...we've been looking at the remaining games and guessing how many points we need to be safe for some months now...

All we can do now, as fans, is to do our best to 'encourage' the lads..whoever they are...and hope they find a bit of fight.

We urgently need 3 points, because if we don't beat Peterbro', a gap will emerge and we'll be playing catch up...but maybe more worryingly..the three teams level on 47 points with us all have a game in hand to play.

Defeats against Peterbro and then Wolves..could see us all but relegated with 4 games left...
