Eating vs Regurgitating

Came up with a family friendly title there. Anyway, the question is, which is worse: biting a player or spitting at them? Both acts are brainless and deserve no place in football or anywhere else but for instance would it be fair if the FA handed out a ban that punished biting more than for spitting eg. 7 games v 3 games.
If I had to choose, I would rather be bitten than spat at provided no blood was drawn so imo Suarez' bite at Ajax was worse than yesterday's.

I'm not defending what Luis did. He's an excellent, world class player who, like yesterday, can change the result of a game in Liverpool's favour. Someone however needs to sit him down and really get the message across to him that he's got to cut out these controversial acts if he remains at Liverpool (which I hope he does). What will his kids think of him?

Did anyone see the incident as it actually happened without the benefit of replays?

As stated above, the bite was totally out of order but I think the sky commentators did their absolute best to magnify the incident beyond proportion with the 'all over the papers tomorrow' comment. I'm surprised 'it' didn't burst into flames.
