Fabregas real value?

Red Star Belgrade fan in peace. Not here to wum but to settle a problem which appears to be the major reason why Fab hasn't moved yet

Fabregas is a very good player but not world class. He's done nothing to deserve that title. Has he helped his side win honours? no. Has he performed at the highest level season after season? no. Does he crack in the big games? Yes. 20m at most for him and it's only that high because he's quite young. He's had about two pretty good seasons but is too inconsistant. He's yet to have a great season
