Only an idiot (like johnbot) would say Ramsey made the right choice. If he made the right pass to Walcott it would have been a certain goal. If Giroud or Arshavin or Squillaci was there to receive the ball they still would have scored, it was a simple pass to make and nailed on 2-0 if the pass was made. Sadly he made the wrong decision.

He made the wrong decision, but not by much and you can forgive him for passing the ball onto Podolski's hammer of a left foot. It's an obvious choice with Walcott's recent form and Podolski's reliability. The pass to the left was also easier to make for Ramsey in that position. He took the safe option.
