3 Definite transfer targets for next season

Been watching Match of the Day recently and I reckon we should sign those three lads from Norwich. Can't remember their names now, but they look like great little players.Think it was Johnson, Danny Howson and Robert Snodtree. I reckon with them across midfield and that Max Ladle for Paris St Etienne we'd easily make 7th spot next season.
Come on GHD you know it makes sense. Get yer hands in your pockets !

Whoops, double post. Sorry.

Wouldn't have any back simply because it doesn't usually work second time around. I'm sure we could find cheaper (wages) alternatives.

Our problems rest with Harvey, not popular in football, and Williams, a buffoon.

100% agree. I spent an afternoon and evening in the company of Harvey. Overall impression is that he's full of his own ego and came across as a loudmouth braggart. I suspect others within the circles of football probably hold similar opinions.

That apparently is the view of his peer group in the game. I found him pleasant enough but equally a man out of his depth. Williams was just a joke, I struggle with the fact that he is our Technical Director and largely responsible for player recruitment.

He was pleasant enough - just seemed to enjoy "bigging" himself up too much.

That's was my overriding impression of him.

Williams was there too, but generally didn't say too much, so can't comment too much on him as a person. Does seem a bit of a liability though in terms of identifying players.

Williams was off to Madrid to watch the B team the next day. I guess, on reflection, he was full of himself too. I was off to Ipswich the following day but didn't think it appropriate to tell everyone

I had a day in the boardroom on a match day with Bates, Harvey & Williams. Actually spent most of the day chatting to Suzanne (she was lovely) Bates, a perfect host to be fair.

Free food and drink for the day - I suppose I shouldn't knock them afterwards !!!!!!

loyaulte .......... completely true. But then it does give you a first impression. If I got that first impression, who's to say others don't - lets not forget, whether right or wrong, first impressions do count.

I met them in the boardroom at St Andrews. Free food and drink always helps particularly when Chablis is the order of the day
