Each have 1 year left on their contracts to do you think Wenger will allow Nasri to leave for free and get Mata for free as his replacement next year?
If so this is risky and tight-fisted even for Wenger & co. but we waited an age for Chamakh & Arshavin to finally sign so if could be their plan. I'd prefer selling Nasri and getting Mata this summer.
Plus do Arsenal really think there are better by doing their business in private still? It's used to work as the Eduardo deal came out of nowhere, but there's always a leak now - we should use the media better.

I think mata will be signed when Cesc leaves, most likely in the next week. Don't where this jibberish of mata only having 1 year on his contract came from.
