a fav film of mine is Into The Wild directed by Sean Penn
written by Jon Krakauer.
Has anyone read any of his, Krakauer's, other books?
Anybody seen the film?
Anybody see the Sky Arts special with Penn & Krakauer?

The guy was really unlucky to die. He ate the roots of a plant which looked exactly the same as a poisonous plant. He got too weak to move.

Was still an idiot. There was takes he could've done to not allow himself to die. He was asking for it

I don't think there were juke. He managed to live for a long time out there and was just unlucky with the plants he chose in the end. I guess he thought he'd get better but just got weaker and weaker until he couldn't make any attempt to get help.
