We need to thrash them!
Now people will say "I will be happy just to get a scrappy win" "1-0 will do me" and "I will just be happy with a win".
In a way they are right, however I just cannot see us winning a tight game. Thus why I say we need to thrash them.
The last two games have seen us storm out of the blocks. Both games were 1-0 within 2 minutes. Both games saw us dominate to a certain extent for a period after the goal.
Then.... suddenly the other team are back in it. We start easing off giving the opposition belief in their chances. Of course against United an individual error was massive, but they had already started to exert pressure. QPR was the same story.
We cannot allow the same to happen tomorrow. We need a good start again, of course, but then we have to build on it, maintain it and crush the spirit of Wigan.
They will be massively up for the game, and of course belief will be strong. But hearts are fragile things, and after todays results left them hanging by the thinnest of threads, they are close to losing the belief that they can stay up.
Lets go out there, pressure them, create chances, take chances and destroy their team spirit. Lets beat them and beat them well, because a tight game will not go in our favour, I am confident of that.
Beat Wigan? No...

Gonna be shittiñg my self watching both those games. I hope we win both games with ease, so as to spare myself any strain on my heart, but even if we scrape though it'll be worth it.

I think it's important we get off to a good start. Last season at Emirates when we played Wigan we were 2-0 down in 8 minutes. I do feel we were very unlucky to lose the game though. I feel if we can go 1-0 up within the first 20 minutes we will be able to score a few more because Wigan will have to go for it and will allow us to catch them on the break. I really hope Arsenal do this and don't feel any pressure.
