Bordeaux want Chamakh.
Monaco want Sagna.
Fiorentina are interested in Bendtner.
Schalke, Monaco and Lyon are interested in Coquelin.

If, as reported, Lyon are serious about paying 12 million for Gervinho, I'd be inclined to sell him.
Sagna is a different kettle of sea bream though... He wants to stay, but only under the previso that the club offer him a 3/4 year deal, this looks unlikely on the surface. But scratch away at the hard exo-skeleton and the red tape and maybe (just maybe) the board will make a special allowance and offer Sagna a deal that is a compromise on both sides.
If Sagna does go back to France, I'd envisage it would be to the bastions of Paris (PSG) and not the new kids on the block and Russian inspired money ponces Monaco.

Steady on old boy! They are indeed "rumours" and it remains to be seen if they are "silly", but they were not made up by myself.
Sagna may well leave the club, although it's not a done deal yet, as is my understanding. Gazidis and Wenger are trying to secure an adequate replacement for Sagna before agreeing to sanction the move to Paris.
Łukasz Piszczek and Sebastien Corchia are the two main targets (again, rumoured targets) to fill Sagna's size 8's. However both Dortmund and Sochaux are holding out for fairly large transfer fees that don't (in the eyes of Wenger & Gazidis) represent value for money, more so they don't want to have their pants pulled down and their sphincters reamed!

PSG don't need Sagna, Monaco do.

Huh? Ask yourself this, does a Peacock need all of those feathers?

PSG are well stocked and won't make many signings bar the occasional whim (Rooney tsk tsk but that's about all).

I can't see Rooney going abroad to be honest. He has a young family and the fact that he'd struggle to get on at an "Early Learning Centre" infers that the proposition of learning a new language and climatising to a new culture is something that Rooney would not be overly keen on.
Which means (IMO) he has a big decision to make. Settle down and get on with life at a soul-less, unfulfulling existance at Manchester Utd. Or push for a move, with Chelsea being a possible destination or at a push Arsenal, IF the board ditch their previous frugal posturing in the transfer market!
