That could take several decades then.

I read somewhere that we HAD to get out of the third division. If so, the style of football is secondary to winning games, something that certain, previous managers tended to forget.

What do you mean HAD to Cyp?

Preferably upwards Ulf. LOL

Is this also connected to the fact that we now want a head coach and not a manager, ulf?
When was the last time we had a side playing attractive, technical football? Or even a player, come to think of it. Probably Milijas and look how we treated him.

You did read it correctly Cyp. It was a poster on here. If only I could remember his name.

Yes we have to get out of this division and only village idiots would say we have any other priority <wink>

Never really rated Milijas, what exactly IS a technical footballer? For me, Stephen Fletcher, Doyle and SEB were all great technical players with a fantastic touch who can control a ball really well. Milijas made some good passes but people forget the many other rubbish passes he made.
I'd happily forego technical for the type of football that won us the Championship, fast, exciting, counter attacking. Give me Bayern over Barca any day.

Thanks DJ for stepping up to the plate, only you left the part I was referring to, out.
Of course we have to get OUT of this division and it's our top priority. No one denies that, but what you said was something totally different to the effect that automatic promotion is a MUST next season.
Sincerely,
The Village Idiot

We need a manager who's able to state 'he knows how to get out of this division.'
