Looks like Rafa has joined Napoli.
Good luck to him, the man has been a success at Valencia, Liverpool and Chelsea - hopefully this will give him an opportunity to rebuild his reputation in Italy after the Inter year.
He'll inherit a talented squad, if he's given the Cavani money he could build a team to really challenge.

he's made a roulette bet on success
If whoever he gets to replace cavani (after all the usual suspects take their first choices) works out and he keeps Hamsik then he has a fighting chance.
Otherwise he's doomed unless they accept a few years of building

TKT - maybe, but I guess he's backing himself to find the right player and develop the team. Big managers tend to back themselves!
Juve are the best team in the league and I'd expect them to win the league next year as well, they'll certainly be favourites. Be interesting to see how he does in the champions league though. Possibly dark horses to reach the knockout phase. Possibly quarters.

Difficult task to follow their 2nd place finish this year. That was something of an overachievement for Napoli so I hope he isn't judged against that.

Say Napoli lose Cavani for £52m and Rafa gets that to spend and no investment from the club. He could go and get Alvaro Negrado who I'm sure would be very good in Italy for around £10,£12m and he's still got £40m to spend on Ngog and Aquilani!

The big question is whether Rafa will change Napoli's "winning" 3-4-3 formation to his 4-2-3-1.
How will the players adjust to his occupying new zones on the field.
Napoli play a pressing, counter-attacking game so its just a matter of them getting used to the new positions.
Also i think Campagnaro has left the club. He was a rock for them this season.
Also Dzeko is linked to them, to replace Cavani.
I dont think Napoli will lose Hamsik, Inler & Cavani in the same window.

Dzeko could do well for them, I think he's looked good for City but Mancini clearly didn't trust him. In fairness Aguero and Tevez is tough competition.
Whoever signs Dzeko will have pulled off a good bit of business in my eyes.

Winning the Europa League doesn't equate to him being a success at Chelsea.
Far from it actually, done an ok job in the end nothing less nothing more.
