Fellow reds, we've put up with the insults from the ABUs over the years regarding our out of town fan base locally and internationally.
United were slated left, right and centre for going to the far east for pre-season by the ABUs but what do we see now. Evra's boys from North London and the Scousers were prancing around the far east in a bid to get more foreign support. The 'massive' club with the United Stadium did the same as well in a bid to increase their 'massive' fan base. The argument now being, it's good to expand into foreign markets.
So a couple of questions;
1) Why are the ABUs quiet about their clubs attempts to copy Utd and reach out to foreign markets/fans?
2) Will they be as dismissive of their new fans/fanbase as they frequently rubbish Utd's out of towners and foreign fans?
Answers please.
Many Thanks
The Hypocrisy of the ABUs

Which is behaviour that you seem to know all about...
Seriously, calling Man Utd 'manure' makes you sound about ten years old.

Love it when man u fans refer to us as citeh, clearly not mancunians!

Love it when people think that you have no right to support a team unless you live within THEIR clearly defined boundary for that team, clearly not open minded!

I would never refer to our neighbours as "citeh", it uses too many letters, and I'm on a strict limit to the amount I'm allowed per

Now now CityBlue, you do know your not allowed to take the mick out of United fans. That's how you get labelled an ABU. If anyone dares to say anything against their beloved United it makes them .
Just look at the OP .

As opposed to the scousers who filter everyone who says something negative about Liverpool
I find it amusing that in all this, the ABUs haven't addressed the questions asked in the article.
1) Why are the ABUs quiet about their clubs attempts to copy Utd and reach out to foreign markets/fans?
2) Will they be as dismissive of their new fans/fanbase as they frequently rubbish Utd's out of towners and foreign fans?
Some are actually still making fun of out of towners, while their clubs were shamelessly parading themselves around the world to get new support. .
You couldn't make it up. Hypocrisy of the highest order.

1) Who is quiet about it. It's part of the modern game, and United were ahead of everyone. Football, or running a football club, is an international business nowadays.
2) Your wide of the mark as far as this point is concerned. What most of us take issue with is 'out of town'/'foreign fans' coming on here giving it large, when they've probably never been anywhere near Old Trafford. That's what we take the mick out of.
What is with the mass generalisation by the way? Why is anyone who says anything against United labelled an ABU?
Do you even know what ABU stands for?

Thank you for honestly answering the questions raised.
Fans who give it large annoy me, especially the people who say player x has more trophies than player y so player x is better.
However, I feel some of them do it because of the abuse they get.
Of course I know what an ABU is and if you aren't an ABU, this article isn't directed at you
There are oppositions fans and ABUs
We know there is a 'massive' difference
