People bang on to Liverpool and spurs that this player and that player won't come to you because you've not got Champions league. Balls, they will go to the club that pays them the most money and that is a sad state of affairs!

I've mentioned Andreas Cornelious a few times before but I seriously think he would suit us so much. This season (at the age of 20) his game to goal ratio is 2:1. In the league he scored 18 in 32 games and in all comps 25 in 51 with 8 assists. Very good for his age.

Spurs & LFc would hope potential signings would buy into 'the project' and sign for our clubs regardless of CL and perhaps the same can be said of Monaco & those Russian teams who are playing fantasy football for real.

If 'the project' is good and the wages are exceptional then why not sign for Monaco. Cannot blame the players.

What is at fault here is the system that allows clubs like Monaco, who have a tiny stadium and averaged about 4000 attendance last season, to have a massive financial advantage over well run clubs that live within their means, like Spurs. Teams like Spurs and Arsenal are the model (at least in the UK) yet they cannot compete with Monaco The system sucks, but Mr FFP Platini doesn't give a monkey's as long as its French clubs that flaunt the rules.

Really hate how when Arsenal were about to drop put the top 4 people started spouting rubbish how we wont be able to buy any decent players (not like we do that anyway)

Players go to whoever pays them the most. if they have CL then great if not the 150k per week will soften the blow.

Oh an Jackson Martinez is a freaking beast of a player. No way will spurs be able to sign him but money talks.

Highly doubt Porto will sell Martinez now that Moutinho & James have been sold to Monaco but if someone offers silly money im sure they might.
