Gil Merrick Stand.

Looking at the Blues web site, it's indicating the upper tier of the Gil Merrick will be closed.
Existing season ticket holders are being offered alternative seats.
Anyone know why it's being closed for next season ?

Not worth opening.

Will save on staff costs and cut costs overall for the club.

Smart move, we never sold out once last season and can't see it happening next season.

Fair point.
We could shut the old main stand as well, at least the rest of the place would look full on TV
