When I heard Hughs was in for Stephen Ireland I thought to myself "a typical Hughs signing, poor Stoke"
Now I read the Martinez is in for him as well...I hope we are not going to sign all the players that get linked to us in the media, hope our media silence continues with the club, most of our signings weren't reported until they were done.

Ireland has the ability but not the attitude, maybe Hughes/Martinez fancies their chances to be the one that can turn him around...

I originally was quite annoyed at Hughes appointment as stoke manager as I consider them my second team, but now I think I will find it interesting how he deals with having little money
