I started bulking two weeks ago and starting Body Beast (body-building program from my favourite company Beachbody).
Has anybody here successfully bulked from being skinny to muscular? How long until you really noticed a difference?

I am one of those textbook triangles tbh. But had a bit of a tire around the middle and that was it, I guess different people get fat differently.
Lost most my fat now but still struggling with love handles a bit

Been bulking up since I was 16, I just keep progressing/maintain at a comfortable rate. They say 4 weeks will show results but if you want unmatched strength you need to do it for several months/years.
Protein shakes, eat plenty, exercise and recovery are all ESSENTIAL

16, what age are you now?
I weighed in this morning, 2lbs up over 3 weeks which is less than I would like

^Honestly, that's pretty much a perfect amount; any more and you'll be putting on fat. If that continued over the course of a year, you'd be about 35 pounds up, which will make you look like a completely different person.

I had read a lot about bulking and the ideal seems to be about 1lb per week. I just want to get bigger as soon as possible.
