These are my top 3
1) Henrik Larsson: Big time bully. Shined against half drunk defenders in the SPL and flopped badly in England.
2) Totti: Very overrated and has never impressed me. Would have been interesting to see him more in champions League or in a foreign league
3) Roy Keane: A thug. Very overrated and lacked the basic talents

Giggs was 26 at the start of 2000's, his peak.
Late 90's early 2000's was his height...

I'm going to be slightly controversial here with my top 3, but welcome a good clean debate on my list.
1) Duncan Edwards - Life tragically cut short, but you'd think he was the greatest player of all time, the way some United fans go on.
2) Pele - Apparently he scored over a 1,000 goals. These included school games, friendies, exhibition matches and private streets of Rio kick-abouts. Sure he was a great player, but never ever the greatest. George Best was far better.
3) Ibrahimovic - In terms of the total transfer costs, Ibrahimovic is the most expensive player in history. Yes he is a top player, but his fanboys make out as though he is one of the greatest ever. Simply no.

Bit unfair, really, given the age of his demise. He certainly looked very talented from what footage remains of his career.
Your thoughts on Pele and Ibrahimovic I agree with, though.

George Best. For all the hype, never led his country to the World Cup.
