RE Charlotte’s Tweets- Can any informed readers tell me why Mafia House and Rangers were taking photographs of HMRC officials? Why would they do this? I’m baffled.
==================================================================
I think a photographer’s name was mentioned in the email that CF included with the pics but I don’t know who he worked for or whether he was freelance,
The email clearly indicated the pics could be passed to a friendly editor presumably for publication. In view of other references claiming that the inspectors were Celtic supporters it is all quite a sinister development if true.
All in a days work...

A random punter sez.....
It appears that the process of generating invoices was somewhat problematical. Mr Bryan had trouble opening the invoices and there seemed to be some problem with the Rangers Logo. In my experience invoicing is not a difficult process for an established Company, it may be more challenging for a bunch of senior professionals who have to do it themselves, rather than leave it to those who understand the process.
It would appear that a Ticketus employee eventually completed the task. He invoiced his own Company on behalf of Rangers. Maybe not illegal on itself but certainly a novel approach.
I was also intrigued by Mr Betts request to Mr Bryan for copies of the invoices, suggesting that they were indeed created by Ticketus.
We Appear to have a situation where invoices are being created by people who are not or never have been employees or officers of the Company without involvement of Company personnel. The invoices are backdated to May although the request is raised in June, I can't think of one good commercial reason for that practice.
As I keep digging I think that things are slowly getting clearer however I am just an ordinary punter with no access other than what I can get through the Internet. I cannot kid myself that I will unravel the whole thing because even Mr Robert Hannah Grant Thornton Partner had to admit “I remain uncomfortable about the lack of clarity on the Financing of the acquisistion”
