I agree they would know very little of actual negotiations. However. They would know of targets. And its something that players themselves talk to each other about. There are very few super agents who represent the big names. And Wilshere is a prime client.

There is absolutely no way that Higuain and Rooney have not reached out to players in our present squad to gauge the lie of the land.

Up till now so many here and have doubted whether Arsenal have even approached Real Madrid or the Rooney rumours are false. Wilshere's interview suggests something quite different.

Wilshere just answered what he was asked. He didn't confirm or give hints. I suspect he followed Higuain to 'DM' him to come to Arsenal.
