Jermain Beckford has now joined the Whites and will be joining his new team mates on the trip to La Manga in sunny Spain.
It's about one and a half hours from where I am. I think I'll send Dougie and the lads an invite and throw a party. lol.
Hopefully they will get some serious training in whilst they are here. It's very hot so if they work hard they will certainly lose any excess weight they may have put on during their summer break.

Regarding Beckford,my opinion on him is slight as I haven't seen too much of him.Just happier that we seem to be signing better players and hopefully will be fitter and a bit more streetwise come August.

Fancy forest,Leicester us and the 3 relegated clubs to be the main contenders. QPR worry me,they have enough quality to walk this league,loic Remy far too good for the championship.let's hope they do blow up.

Cravies, La Manga is around 1.5 hours drive from me on the Costa Blanca. I have done the trip several times. Marbella on the other hand is six hours drive from here. I have driven there just the once and wouldn't go back. I didn't like the place. but that's just my personal take on Marbella.
If they are going to Marbella, it's unlikely they will travel to La Manga but who knows.
