Ok, very fair questions that deserve at least one person to answer them:
The Defence was indicative of good players having been very poorly prepared. They showed no cohesion or sense of purpose.
The Transfers Were predictable, given the size of budget Leeds have at their disposal. The issue is not the size of budget, it's what you do with it.
The Replacements were reactionary rather than pre-planned. Grayson threw players on in a desperate hope (rather than having a game-plan) to get something out of the game.
Our Tatics are poorly conceived without a 'Plan B' if things need changing.
The Manager is out of his depth. He needs to go to a less demanding football club and learn how to man-manage.
The Chairman is just like any other tight-fisted, focussed-on-profit businessman. Replace him and you'll just get more of the same. The problem is one of how to best use meagre resources, not simply throwing more money at the problem.
The Admin is probably adequate for a club of our current size and scope.
The New Contract Offers are again being poorly handled. This is clearly a matter of man-management.
The Boardroom Games are no different to any other large football club or organisation.
