Homegrown Rules

By my reckoning (please correct if wrong ) we have 2 non-homegrown spots left for the right players - assuming there are no sales
As Hazard ,Oscar,Schurrle,De Bruyne now have to be named in the squad

Of course some of the young players (Chalobah,Lukaku,Wallace,Van Ginkel,etc.) that Jose is looking to promote are not included as they are under 21 and are eligible to be selected (and Blackman)

Replacing Malouda,Ferreira,Benayoun ,Turnbull,Hilario with young talent looks like a plan to me
