Is he a crook or a fool?

Sepp Blatter, faced with serious questions regarding the proberty of himself and his organisation, having given a press conference where he refused to answer any pertinent questions, has just confirmed that he is nothing but an unprincipled crook.

There isn't a politician in any democratic country in the world, faced with such damning evidence of his own crooked incompetence, who would have failed to resign.
