The reason why Wenger has been so tight in recent years is because he has had to pay off the emirates whilst still trying to keep arsenal dominating force (competing for Top 4)
You can tell in recent years that Arsenal have begun to pay off that debt and will know focus on the team. This is why I think Wenger is so underrated, even by his own fans.

Whilst I would enjoy Suarez joining Arsenal to see the scouse reaction but is it wise spending the entire transfer budget on one player? Arsenal need at least 9 more players to compete for the 3rd place trophy

Not being funny but even if they do have an offer accepted Suarez should stay at Liverpool than go to that pony club to play alongside giroud, gervinho, podolski, Ramsey and ox

It doesn't say much for the Liverpool side when a side with players this poor managed to finish well above them. If Liverpool have a better side then they must have a crap manager.
