They do have a campus in Polegate but it's in disuse. No I go to uni up in Leicester...Didn't get into Sussex because I mucked up my final exams.

Most of the Uni students in the Eastbourne campus are all from Kent. About 10% from London.

I actually live right by the fields owned by the university in Polegate. They were great to go to get away from things when I was younger.
