I think he'd be a very good signing but I see this as yet another waste of time because I doubt he'll want to leave Juventus being a Turin boy and growing up as a die hard Juventus fan in a household of Juventus fans.

He's played most midfield roles for Juventus. Very good reader of the game defensively but he's got plenty of ability on the ball, has good vision and makes good forward runs and he'll score goals.

He's more of a box to box player than an attacking creative player.

He said he's proud to be linked with united and apparently he would be considering a move away from juve. Would be a really good signing for us, if it did happen.

Marchisio said this back in June:

This was back in June when Monaco were linked with him while he was at the Confeds Cup. Monaco have said their transfer business is done for the summer now, and anyway we can offer great wages like all other rich clubs.

Perfect United Midfielder. One of the few true box-to-box midfielders. Also impossible to get. Ronaldo and cesc would be easier to get.
