I can't be bothered to look at the stats but, a lot of money.
We've wasted a lot but we've still collected a trophy and we are slowly improving.

Arsenal have finished top 4, no trophies to show for it, don't seem to be spending any money and are not improving.

Liverpool spend £200m and get no closer to us, even when we're in decline

Because, I'm not fussed about the money we spend really. As long as we improve then I'm happy.
A lot more to football than bank statements, about time your club realised that

There was a steady improvement last season with our January signings proving a huge success. We didn't win any trophies, so it was a worse season than the one we had under Dalglish. However, we seem to have more of a direction now under Rodgers and we are better prepared for continuous improvement.
